CloudiKids holds two child profiles at once. Slide the three-position switch underneath to position 1 or 2 and check whether the right child's content is there.
- CloudiKids holds two child profiles at the same time, one for each position of the switch.
- Check the three-position switch underneath CloudiKids.
- Choose position 1 or 2 and see whether the right child's content is there.
- If the right child's profile is not on CloudiKids, transfer it from the app: How Do I Transfer a Child's Profile to CloudiKids? If that does not work, see I cannot add or transfer a child profile.
For how the two positions work, see Two children, one CloudiKids: profile 1 and profile 2.
You want a story on the other child's profile too
A story belongs to the child profile it was created for. You can copy it to another profile: How Do I Transfer Stories, Lessons or Music to CloudiKids? It is a copy, not a move: the story stays on the first profile.
Still showing the wrong content after you have checked the switch? Contact us and tell us which profile (1 or 2) it is about. To help us help you faster, see What to tell us when you contact us.
