Check that the USB-C cable is fully connected to CloudiKids and to the power source, then look at the light above the USB-C connector.

- Check that the USB-C cable is fully connected to CloudiKids and to the USB power source, and that the power source works.
- Look at the light above the USB-C connector and compare it with the table.
- No light? Check the cable and the power source again.
- It is plugged in but does not respond? Switch it off and on again. If it still does not respond, press Reset (the small hole underneath CloudiKids). Reset forces CloudiKids to switch off, and your content stays on it. Then switch it on again.
