Plug CloudiKids into a USB power source with the USB-C cable, then look at the light above the USB-C connector. The light tells you what to do next.
- Plug CloudiKids into a USB power source with the USB-C cable. Check that the cable is fully connected and that the power source works.
- Look at the light above the USB-C connector. Red means it is charging: leave it plugged in. Green means it is fully charged: switch it on again.
- No light? Check the cable and the power source again.
- It has power but does not respond? Switch it off and on again. If it still does not respond, press Reset (the small hole underneath CloudiKids). Reset forces CloudiKids to switch off, and your content stays on it. Then switch it on again.
