Charge CloudiKids from a USB power source of 5V, 1A until the light above the USB-C connector turns green. If the battery still does not last or does not hold a charge, contact us.
- Charge CloudiKids only from an external USB power source with an output of 5V, 1A, and only under adult supervision.
- Leave it plugged in until the light above the USB-C connector turns green. Red means it is charging, green means it is fully charged.
- CloudiKids still works while it charges. When the battery needs recharging, it says: "Low battery. Please recharge your CloudiKids."
- The light does not come on? CloudiKids is not charging
The battery is not replaceable.
