Check the volume control on the side of CloudiKids. If the sound stops by itself, it may be normal: a story plays once, and a White Noise or a Melody plays for 30 minutes.
No sound
- Check the volume control on the side of CloudiKids.
- Still no sound? Switch CloudiKids off and on again, and press Reset if it still does not respond: CloudiKids is frozen: restart and Reset
The sound stops
- A story or a piece of music plays one time.
- If you chose a "White Noise" or a "Melody" in the Sounds category, it plays for 30 minutes.
