A CloudiKids is linked to one parent account. Before you give or sell it, remove it from your account in the app. If you are given or buy one that is still on someone else's account, ask the previous owner to do this first.
If you are giving or selling it
- In the app, go to Settings, then CloudiKids.
- Tap the gear icon (top right).
- Choose Remove from your account and confirm.
To take a child's profile off CloudiKids as well: Remove or delete a child's profile
If you are giving it as a gift
Do not connect it to your own account before you give it.
If you are buying or receiving one second-hand
If the previous owner has not removed CloudiKids from their account, you cannot add it to yours, and the app tells you why. Ask the previous owner to follow the steps above, then add it to your account: How Do I Set Up the App and Pair CloudiKids?
If the previous owner cannot do it, contact us.
