CloudiKids includes a 2-year warranty, in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Live elsewhere? Contact us. It runs from the day the product is delivered to you, applies on proof of purchase and covers products bought from our own online stores. It is on top of your legal rights as a consumer.
It covers electronic or electrical faults and defective parts, when CloudiKids is used as the instructions say. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or falls, loss or theft, normal wear and tear, or marks that do not affect use. If you repair or modify the product yourself, the warranty no longer applies.
