Free shipping. Delivery takes 2 to 15 working days after dispatch, depending on where you live. Free shipping covers delivery to you, not the return postage: if you send a product back because you changed your mind, the return postage is at your cost; we pay it when the product is faulty, damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered.

Late order? We email you a new delivery date. If we miss that date, or it has not arrived 30 days after your order confirmation, you can cancel by contacting us, and we refund everything you paid within 14 days of the cancellation.
