Cancel any store subscription first, remove each CloudiKids from your account, then select Delete Account in the app.
Do these in order:
- Cancel any subscription you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in that store. Deleting your account may not cancel it, and you could be charged again.
- Remove each CloudiKids from your account: Settings > CloudiKids > the gear icon > Remove from your account.
- In the app, go to Account Settings and select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and confirm. You may be asked to enter a verification code sent by email to the address on your account.
The app explains what is deleted before you confirm.
